Short profile of Vítek Pišna
He joined Broker Trust at the beginning of 2015 after a two-year managerial stint in the UNIQA insurance network. Prior to that, he worked for many years in business at UniCredit or Komerční banka or Českomoravská stavební spořitelna. As an active advisor, he has experience with mortgages, investments or small business clients. As a manager, he was involved in planning, leading advisors, motivating, training, recruiting and finding new clients. In all these areas, he will be happy to help your company as well.

What is your favorite movie? There are more of them, but if I have to choose one, it’s Gladiator by Ridley Scott with Russell Crow in the lead role.
What about your favorite musician or band? My blood type is from foreign U2 and from Czech Kryštof.
What book do you like to read? When I used to find a moment, it was books by Dan Brown, but now any attempt to read a book or magazine spoils our child with great joy.
Do you do sports? Formerly competitively, now only recreationally hockey.
Ideal vacation? With my family, somewhere where we are taken care of and we don’t miss anything.
Favorite food? I like Chinese cuisine and sushi, and from Czech dishes I definitely can’t stand pork-dumplings-cabbage.
If you had to give a friend one piece of financial advice, what would it be? Before you sign something, read carefully and consult your decision with someone who really understands it.
Do you have your own financial advisor? Myself in segments that I really understand, and colleagues on those products where I like to get advice.

What is your credo? What I do must make sense to me, and the best reward for me is the satisfaction of everyone I help with my work.
What do you consider to be a professional success? I have been working in the financial sphere for 15 years and even after so many years, my former clients still turn to me with their concerns. Now my professional success is that I do a job that I enjoy, I am close to it as a salesman and I also work for the market leader among pool companies.
What do you want to inspire advisors with? Thanks to my experience as a trader in the financial market, I know very well how difficult it is to stay in this market. I can give them valuable advice on what to avoid and what to do differently…
